Quality Glass Shower, Inc. provides our customers with a comprehensive warranty for all glass products and mirrors that are manufactured in Canada and installed by our team of experts from Quality Glass Shower.
We guarantee every installation and promise to repair or replace any glass or hardware found to be defective. We will also deliver all materials and labor that is needed to repair the flawed glass or hardware.
All customers are provided with one year of service which includes caulking, leak and /or squeak repairs, and sag correction beginning from the date of installation. One year coverage from the time of installation also includes sweeps and seals.
Customers should keep in mind that the replacement of the aforementioned materials is understood to be regular maintenance of glass shower and tub door enclosures and will need to be done periodically and are regarded as the owner’s responsibility. All of these materials are readily available for purchase and can be replaced with little effort by the home owner.
All the hardware that we use for your custom installation of the shower doors and bath enclosures- hinges, clamps, pulls, handles and U-channels are warrantied for five years from the date of installation.
